VOTER INFORMATION

REMEMBER: Be sure to take your PHOTO ID with you when you vote!!!

When you vote on election day, you must vote in the polling place designated for your precinct. For early voting, you can vote at any of the polling locations.

VOTE411

VOTE411, a website developed by LWV-US, will become available April 20, 2015 to support the May 9, 2015 local elections. It is a convenient site where you can find all the races and all candidates for each race in which you can vote. When reviewing the races, you can mark the candidate of choice for each race and print out your completed ballot upon completing your review of all the races. You can take your printed results with you when you go to the poll to vote. It is perfectly legal to use your printed ballot when casting your vote at the poll site.

The Irving LWV will host a Candidates Forum for the City Council and School Board Trustee elections. The Forum will be held at Irving CITY HALL, April 22, 6:00 PM. The League will change the format of this forum by having all candidate questions come directly from the audience. The League looks forward to your attendance and questions at the Forum.

As noted above, the VOTE411 website with candidate information and response to questions will be available as of April 20, 2015.
